Hello! I know there has been an issue with the use of one of your pieces recently I just want to be sure that you understand all that happened. Lionsgate is truly sorry for any inconvinence caused to you, it was not intentional. Your photo was posted and was followed with an additional photo credit that included your name. When it became known that you were not pleased by the recognition given, the image was removed within 24 hours. Lionsgate did not claim the work. The image that you saw posted was submitted in to Lionsgate and they posted it exactly as they received it. Once again, we all apologize for any problems this may have caused. I too am an artist, so I can understand how you would feel about someone trying to claim your work (: so I wanted to be sure you knew someone submitted this to us and we did not mean any harm. Have a wonderful day! :D :community:

thats not enough, i NEVER saw credit to me, and as stated elsewhere, does it look like stock? no. someone decided to use it regardless of who created it. i feel something needs to be given here. i still have my screenshots and plan to hire a lawyer, as when i downloaded a couple movies awhile back, it cost me money to repay the damages to the millions the movies brought in. i lost my internet access with mediacom and was treated like a rapist.

damn, i think its not too much to expect SOMETHING from all of this. i was the victim this time.
